What we collect

When you request The Global Team Playbook we collect your name and work email. If you answer the optional second step, we also collect your company, your role, and your company size. We record basic page activity such as which pages were viewed and whether the playbook was opened from our email.

How we use it

We use your details to email you the playbook, to follow up about nearshore staffing if it is relevant to you, and to measure which of our marketing efforts bring in qualified interest.

Who we share it with

• HubSpot, our customer relationship system, receives your name, email, company, role, and company size so our team can follow up with you.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives a hashed, unreadable version of your email and name through the Meta Conversions API, along with the fact that a lead was submitted. This is used to measure and optimize our advertising. We do not send this information for visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland.
• Service providers that host this site, store our database, and deliver our email.

We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at any time to ask us to stop contacting you, to see what we hold about you, or to have your details deleted, including from our advertising measurement. Write to hello@groundgamesales.com and we will action it.
